Youthful Expressions 3 @ Cookeville History Museum

posted Nov 12, 2012, 12:07 PM by Terry Mullican
The Cookeville History Museum will be presenting Youthful Expressions 3 as its winter art exhibit.  This is the third year the museum
has invited area students, through high school seniors, to share their artistic endeavors with the community.

All forms of artistic expressions are welcome but only one entry per student per media will be accepted.  All drawings, crayon and paint pieces on paper must be framed or matted and ready to be hung.  Other forms will be displayed on shelves and in cases.  The museum reserves the right to not accept any pieces which do not follow these guidelines.

The museum will be accepting pieces starting January 9th during the regular museum hours of Wednesday through Saturday from 10 – 4.  The last day to bring pieces will be February 2nd.

The exhibit will run from February 16 to March 30 with an Opening Reception on February 16 from 1 – 3.

This has been one of the best attended exhibits in the past and we are looking forward to Youthful Expressions 3 being even better.
We hope to see many examples of PSES students’ artistic endeavors!
